Does your diet consist of tacos with sour cream and cheese sauce, or does your diet consist of a bowl filled with fresh strawberries, and a bowl of smooth creamy cold yogurt. Both can be part of your daily diet, just one leads to a healthy body, with quick weight loss, and more energy, while the other leads to clogged arteries, weight gain, and lack of energy. I know I prefer to feel energetic and alive, rather than feeling the afternoon energy slump as my body tries to process a belly full of fat and sugars.
